Why can't I see any prices?
GSM Hub is a wholesale (B2B) supplier. Prices, stock levels and ordering are only visible after you log in with an approved business account. This keeps trade prices confidential and protects your margin as a reseller.
Who can open an account?
Phone shops, repair businesses and resellers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a valid company registration (KVK, KBO or Handelsregister). Apply here with your company details. Once approved, you sign in with your business e-mail address and all prices unlock automatically.
How long does approval take?
We review applications manually, usually within one business day. You receive an email as soon as your account is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
Some products have a minimum order quantity or are sold per box — this is shown on the product page once you are logged in.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery is typically 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and 2–3 business days in Belgium and Germany.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online during checkout — among others with iDEAL. Approved account customers may also be offered payment terms.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Every order comes with a proper VAT invoice for your bookkeeping, sent automatically by email.
What if a product is defective?
Products that are defective on arrival are replaced or credited. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
