Terms of service

1. General

These terms of service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of GSM Hub, Parallelweg 124-10, 1948 NN Beverwijk, the Netherlands (KVK 98330233, VAT NL868449477B01). GSM Hub sells exclusively to businesses (B2B). By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business.

2. Account and approval

Ordering requires an approved business account. GSM Hub may request company details (including KVK and VAT numbers) and may refuse or close accounts at its discretion.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and assortment are subject to change; obvious errors in pricing or product information do not bind GSM Hub.

4. Payment

Orders are paid via the payment methods offered at checkout, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 6 PM are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Retention of title

All delivered goods remain the property of GSM Hub until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and defects

Returns and defective products are handled in accordance with our return and refund policy. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases.

8. Liability

GSM Hub’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the products concerned. GSM Hub is not liable for indirect damage, including lost profit or consequential loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
