Shipping

Same-day dispatch. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or during weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery area. We ship across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days; Belgium and Germany typically 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free of charge.

Order tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link.

Returns

Reporting an issue. Received a damaged item, a shortage or a wrong product? Report it within 7 days of delivery via gsmhub.eu@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or credit.

Defective products (DOA). Products that are defective on arrival are replaced or credited. Budi products carry a manufacturer warranty; contact us with the model code (printed on the packaging) and a description of the defect.

Business-to-business. GSM Hub supplies business customers only. Consumer distance-selling rules (the statutory 14-day cooling-off period) do not apply to B2B purchases. Returns of correctly delivered, non-defective stock are only accepted by prior agreement.
